Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products

All sales are final once the product is delivered. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available after access has been granted unless the product is non-functional.

2. Shared Access Products

For shared services (e.g., YouTube Premium via shared login), customers must not change the password or account settings. Violating this may result in account termination without refund.

3. Private Access Products

Some services are delivered directly to your private account (e.g., Canva, Microsoft 365). If access fails, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for resolution.

4. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

  • You don’t receive access within our same-day delivery window (up to 24 hours)
  • The activation code or invitation does not work

5. How to Request Support

Email contact@upgradekingdom.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Include your Order Number and the issue details. We will respond within 24 hours.

6. No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • You change login credentials after we deliver
  • You fail to provide necessary account info (email/password) for activation
  • You use the product successfully and then request a refund
